Meet the Practitioners

Brian Gardner

Brian is a life-long learner and seeker. He pursues a conscious contact with the divine on a daily basis. He looks for the connectedness between all people sharing and seeking the light of love. Brian is a Labyrinth facilitator who enjoys helping others navigate the many layers one can experience while walking labyrinth. Brian holds a degree in theology. He is the spiritual director of the village chapel in Draper Virginia, which hosts ecumenical gatherings.


Amenie Kristine Schweizer

Amenie is committed to helping others explore their gifts and talents, and to step fully into their authenticity as they challenge themselves to stretch, grow and work toward meeting personal goals. She believes that within each of us is the capacity to create and live a magnificent life. She is the owner of Integrated Life Design and currently offering workshops in Thee Draper Village on SoulCollage®.


Lydia Gilmer

Lydia has been practicing yoga for eight years. She recently completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through the Kunga Yoga School. The Kunga Yoga School teaches compassion, connection, and acceptance. Lydia strives to embody these values in her own classes. She studies yoga regularly and is always searching for ways to deepen her knowledge and practice of yoga.


Jessica McKinney

Jessica has been practicing yoga for many years in her personal life and has now graduated from In Balance Yoga certified in Kunga Yoga. She guides her students in a slow-pace, restorative style to connect the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of ones mind and body. Jessica’s focus is to guide her students to use yoga to aid them with symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression, believing that no matter what one should be able to find a center and stillness on and off the mat.


Dr. Kimberly Lewis

Dr. Kimberly Lewis, born and raised in the farm country of Illinois, Graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001 and trained in Functional Medicine at the Kharrazain institute. She sees patients for a host of health issues both in person and via Telemedicine at her clinic here in Pulaski County. Dr Lewis teaches guided meditation here at Merc Farms Tuesday nights at 6 PM.  She started meditating years ago for it’s health benefits and began teaching meditation to help her patients with their health.
